Healthwatch Croydon is your local health and social care champion. From Thornton Health to New Addington and everywhere in between, we make sure National Health Service (NHS) leaders and other decision makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care.

Whether you’ve had a good or bad experience, we can use your feedback to improve services for everyone and we have the power to make NHS leaders and other care providers listen to what you have to say.

We’re completely independent and impartial and anything you say is confidential. Our service is free, simple to use and can make a real difference to people in Croydon and beyond.

Healthwatch Croydon works to get the best out of local health and social care services responding to your voice. From improving services today to helping shape better ones for tomorrow, we listen to your views and experiences and then influence decision-making.

Vision

Our vision is of a society in which people’s health and social care needs are heard, understood and met. Achieving this vision in Croydon will mean that:

  • Local people shape health and social care delivery
  • Local people influence the services they receive personally
  • Local people hold services to account
