Accessible Information Standard and GP Services

Do You or the Person You Care for Need Support to Engage with Your GP Service?
If so, we want to hear from you!

What is the Accessible Information Standard?
The Accessible Information Standard is a requirement for all health and care services, including doctors, nurses, dentists, and carers, to ensure that they share information in ways that everyone can understand. This standard aims to make health information accessible to all patients, including those with disabilities, impairments, or sensory loss.

Share Your Experience
We are conducting surveys to understand how well GP services are meeting the Accessible Information Standard and to identify areas for improvement. Your feedback is invaluable.

Patient Survey: If you can report on your own experience with GP services, please complete our Patient Survey. https://forms.gle/q2kY77eigMSSufwv5

Carer Survey: If you care for someone who accesses GP services, please complete our Carer Survey.
